Call for Short Papers

The 2014 IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics provides an international forum for researchers and practitioners to report state-of-the-art innovations and developments and exchange ideas in all aspects ofscience and engineering in the field of human machine systems, and cybernetics. The goal of the Short Paperscategory is to promote applied research and applications, as well as to facilitate collaboration between industrial and academic members of the SMC community. Innovations from industry are particularly encouraged. Reports on R&D work in progress can also be accepted if the work is novel, the preliminary results have been validated and are promising, and the contribution is valuable to the community.

Authors are invited to submit short papers (two-column format, 4 pages max) prior to the deadline. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

Submission of Short Papers

IEEE format guidelines and instructions for submitting demo papers will be available on the Paper Submission pages of the SMC2014 website.

Accepted short papers require a conference registration by at least one author or co-author and must be presented at SMC2014 in order to be included in IEEE Xplore.
